12 Weeks out!!!!!!!

12 Weeks out!!! OMG!!! This is a pivotal time, anyone who is competing knows that this marks the season to buckle down and get ready to shred!! I'm so excited! Being part of this, is an awesome experience! why? well, to start its spring and what better time to shred for the summer time! it may not seem like spring because its still snowing but this is the time to begin planing and acting on your goals for the summer time! and second I am honored to be working with my coach Brianna Mogg! I want to go over what will be happening in the next 12 weeks, other than the obvious (time will fly), theres a lot of work to be done, it won't be easy, but I will do everything my coach Brianna tells me, I'm ready to focus even more to achieve my goal for June 22 2013. My diet will be changing, my protein is changing to one that has 0 sugar and next to no carbs (whey protein isolate), there's absolutely no cheating! my work outs will also increase especially my cardio, I'm also getting some assistance with a fat burner because we all have that stubborn fat and of course the fun stuff like getting fitted for my bikini, choosing colors that will compliment my skin tone, practising my poses (pics below), start UV tanning on a low bed 3X/week, booking the hotel and the most important part preparing myself mentally for an event that feels like I'm getting married, which it kinda is, its a commitment to staying fit, I owe it to myself to stay fit for the many years that I neglected myself. I don't feel guilty couse I'm doing something about it and I love myself more than I have loved myself in my entire life and I know many of you are doing the same and I'm so proud of you!

I wanted to also take this time to thank everyone who has been cheering me on, you have no idea how many times I've broken down and wanted to throw the towel and just give-up and thanks to all of you who have the most amazing words to say have kept me going, I'v collect myself and kept my head up. I'm also very lucky and blessed to have my hubby by my side, he has seen me at my worst and at my best and he has never given up on me. It may sound cheesy but I really don't know what I would do without him, his support is unconditional, his love for me is more than words can say and he expresses those feeling every single day. In the 8 years that we have been together, we have grown from high school sweethearts to a couple that have been thru difficult times and still never gave up on each other couse we knew and we know that arguing is healthy in a relationship as long as you know you will never let them go just because you disagree on something. I believe that those disagreements make our relationship that more special because we always respect and listen to each other without being judgemental. We both know we can confide in one another and that's hard to do when your getting to know one another, its not something you expect, its something you prove to each other over time. So, THANK YOU to all of you for being part of my journey! I will continue to post my progress and motivate you to do the same because keeping an active lifestyle accompanied by a balanced diet will make everything else seem perfect.
